This close up of image "lnwrhia683" shows the goods yard structures and lineside Permanent Way hut sited to the south of the the goods yard. The goods yard lay on the down side of the line to the south of Hampton in Arden station. Other than image 'lnwrhia1558' no photographs of the yard have yet been identified of the yard. Preston Hendry et al state that the in addition to the goods yard there was a scrap yard and workshop sited in the yard with a platform to aid loading etc.

In this view there appears to be two structures, a conventional looking goods shed and what appears to be a "barn " like structure, a curved roof with open sides. The line side Permanent Way hut is one of many such structures built at regular intervals along the line. C1930s
