Foleshill Railway: miscfr006
A 15" gun barrel is passing the Coventry Canal. Whether the
workmen are necessary or posed for camera is unknown. However one school of
thought beleives that with the road crossing etc they are in fact being
utilised in lieu of a brakevan. To the left appears to be the chimneys of the
Courtaulds factory off the Foleshill Road. C1916
