View of the station looking towards Fenny Compton. On the left are the lines leading to both the goods yard and the exchange sidings with the GWR whilst to the right of the photographer is the line to Broom. The line furthest to the right is the access road to the shed. The replacement turntable can be seen to be very close to the line, its nearness being the reason for its removal in the early 1960s to allow for the new south facing connection to be made to the ex-GWR Stratford upon Avon - Honeybourne line.
