This close up of image 'smjfc15' shows ex-MR 3F 0-6-0 No 43568 standing at the platform whilst to the left can be seen the tender of an unidentified GWR locomotive. Number 43568 was built by Sharp Stewart to the MR 1873 class design in 1897 and lasted in service until withdrawn from Saltley shed in May 1955 to be scrapped by Derby Works the same month.
