LMS Route: Stratford Midland Junction - The Shakespeare Route

Ex-MR 3F 0-6-0 No 43520 is seen passing Bidford on a goods train made up of an ex-LMS 50' brake, fitted vans and sheeted open wagons travelling from Stratford upon Avon to Broom Junction. Number 43520 was built by the MR to their 1873 class design by Neilson & Co in January 1897 and remained in service until withdrawn from Bedford shed in December 1959 to be scrapped by Doncaster Plant in September 1960 following being stored at Derby.
