A view of the platform and the station's basic passenger facilities. It is believed that the part of the structure with the roof was the booking office whilst the other section housed the waiting room and toilets. Whilst the figure on the right is clearly a member of the railway staff, the other person on the left might either be a member of staff working in the goods yard or a member of the public. Note the large porters barrow, the single faced station nameboard and the steps to the road. C1905
