View of the station from the road bridge looking towards Alcester. The platform lighting was oil lit as can be seen from the glass in the lamps. The booking office was connected by telephone with other stations along the line as can be seen by the telephone wires fixed to the side of the building. The small cupboard on the gable wall was to house emergency equipment such as fire extinguishers etc.
