LMS Route: Evesham to Birmingham

Looking to Broom along the platform beyond the bridge to the sidings in the yard. The north ground frame which controlled access to the siding was operated from the hut located below the bridge. The siding at Wixford was in reality built as a loop and could be accessed from either end. The south ground frame was built on the other side of the track to the north frame and was located at the end of the short spur which acted as a trap for the siding. 13th June 1934
