LMS Route: Evesham to Birmingham

Studley & Astwood Bank Station: mrstud338

Looking across to the station building showing the station master's house on the left and the booking office and passenger facilities on the right. A cursory examination would see the building as very similar to the one found at Salford Priors, see image 'mrsp337', however there detailed differences which would indicate that this station was more important. The station's passenger facilities are slightly larger with a gabled roof being constructed at ninety degrees to the platform at the far end on the right. In addition, the station master's house has had an extension built to the rear with a flat roof.
