Another view of Salford Priors station taken during LMS ownership but prior to the replacement of the Midland Railway angled station nameboard. The edging to the flowerbed on the platform was formed by using engineering bricks or tiles with a scalloped top finish. By the late 1940s the tin lean-to on the gable end will be replaced by a timber shed and the ivy will be removed. Circa 1935
