Ex-MR 1P 0-4-4T No 1348 stands next to the coal stacks in reasonably clean condition. A member of the MR's 1823 class No 1348 was built by Derby works in May 1892 and lasted in service until withdrawn from Burton-on-Trent shed in May 1949 to be scrapped shortly afterwards. 24th September 1932
