Ex-MR 1F 0-6-0T No 1879 stands alongside the shed and is,
unusually, carrying a tool box on the running plate. Number 1879 was a member
of the MR's 1121 class and was built by R Stephenson & Co in June 1899 and
despite having a low power rating lasted in service until March 1960 when it
was finally withdrawn from Bristol (Barrow Rd) shed being scrapped shortly
