Ex-MR 4-4-0 No 486 stands fully coaled and watered on shed ready to book on duty. Number 486 was a member of the MR's 483 class and built by Derby in April 1901. A long service lay ahead as she was not withdrawn from Bristol (Barrow Rd) until February 1957 followed by scrapping at Derby works in the same month. 2nd September 1932
