LMS 4F 0-6-0 No 4198 without its tender in the repair shop.
Whilst steam sheds were dark and dirty, the repair shop looks very clean with
white/cream walls and the locomotive appears to have been cleaned prior to
entering the shop. Number 4198 was a 'Scottish' locomotive having been built at
St. Rollox works in October 1925 and lasted in service until May 1963 when it
was withdrawn from Hurlford shed and scrapped the following year in February
1964 by TW Ward Ltd of Langloan. 9th September 1932
