Ex-MR 'Johnson' 0-6-0 No 2928 stands next to to the shed as is wearing its running number both as a cast iron smokebox plate as well as on the tender. Number 2928 was a member of the MR's 1142 class and was built by Kitson & Co in March 1875 and lasted in service for over 80 years until June 1946 when it was scrapped. 24th Sept 1932
