LMS Route: Evesham to Birmingham

MR 2P 4-4-0 No 505 is seen at the head of a seven coach express train near Northfield circa 1922. Number 505 was another of the once familiar MR's 483 class working the Birmingham to Bristol route being built by Sharp Stewart in October 1899 and ended its days at Templecombe shed on the Somerset & Dorset route in October 1953 for scrapping at Derby works circa 1953.
