MR 2P 4-4-0 No 492 at the head of a down express near Northfield during the summer holidays in August 1921. Number 492 was also a member of the MR's 483 class allocated to Saltley shed in the last years of the Midland prior to grouping. Built at Derby works in March 1897 it was withdrawn from Crewe (North) in November 1948 before being scrapped at Derby works circa 1949.
