MR 4-4-0 No 515 on an express train train 1st Aug 1921. Number 515 was also a member of the MR's 483 class and was also built by Sharp Stewart, in December 1899. The Second World War extended the lives of many locomotives and No 515 was no exception and it was finally withdrawn from Rhyl shed in August 1950 having never had its BR number applied.
