This close up of image 'mrhv571' shows the goods yard and passing loop in greater detail. The shine on the rails in the passing loop show that it was regularly employed by passing goods trains. The sidings show that despite being near to Evesham and in a rural location the station's goods yard was obviously well used. The clerestory brake was probably used to handle some of the agricultural produce and might even been attached to passenger trains as soft fruits dispatched by passenger trains warranted a higher charge than produce sent by normal freight services.
