LMS Route: Evesham to Birmingham

Harvington Station: mrhv571

Looking towards Redditch with the station building on the left and the goods yard beyond and also on the left. The passenger and booking office facilities were housed in the single storey section of the building as is evidenced by the two station signs fixed to the wall by the gate. The station sign is an LMS 'Hawkeseye' model replacing the MR angled station nameboard which had been located at the opposite end of the station. The MR signal box which opened on 2nd June 1891 and closed on 1st March 1964 can be seen on right.
