Ex-LMS 3MT 2-6-2T No 171 stands at Broom Junction station with a Birmingham to Ashchurch local service. Number 171 was built at Derby works in December 1937 and lasted in service until withdrawn from Templecombe shed on the Somerset & Dorset line in May 1961 to be scrapped shortly afterwards. 18th September 1945
