Looking towards Birmingham with the shed on the left, the main line with ex-LMS 4-6-0 Jubilee No 45690 'Leander' passing on a Bristol bound train, and the goods yard on the right. Mick Bramich writes "The siding on the left of the picture was home to a string of stored Midland 4-4-0 compunds and 0-6-0T ‘Jinties’ in the early sixties. This must have been one of the last resorts of the compounds prior to their total withdrawal.
