A view from the down end of the platform looking towards Evesham in the 1950s featuring the MR pattern lower quadrant starting signal, complete with spiked finial. The original 1870s signal box was first built just beyond the starter signal before being demolished in 1906. Next to the signal is an electric lamppost sited to provide lighting to passengers and staff using the barrow crossing.
