LMS Route: Evesham to Birmingham

View of the original station building prior to the station offices and facilities be extended. The track appears to be single line without a passing loop and, as was the practice in the 1880s, is laid on a bed of ashes covering the sleepers. The rails are exposed at much shorter regular distances than normal appearing to reveal fishplates which if correct would indicate very short lengths of rails were employed.
