This close up of image 'lnwrwg100' was included to show the footbridge which was constructed to carry passengers by foot from the booking office located in the timber clad structure. It is believed that the slow lines and the footbridge were built at a later date due to increased traffic levels. The main station building was constructed in brick to the front and side elevations and timber to the rear and were similar to stations found in Stetchford and Vauxhall & Duddeston.
