LMS Route: Birmingham New Street to Lichfield

Another post-1968 photograph which will be replaced when earlier views are to hand. Looking towards Aston and then on to Birmingham. The long 'blank' wall seen on the down platform was built in front of the covered ramp which led down from the station building sited above the platforms. The covered walkway can be seen above the wall progressively rising as it climbs left to right in the photograph.
