LNWR 2P 4-4-0 Precursor class No 1297 'Phalaris' pilots an unidentified LNWR 4-6-0 Prince of Wales class locomotive on a down express to the south of Rugby station. Built by Crewe in August 1907 No 1297 was renumbered by the LMS as No 5265 in May 1927 but was withdrawn in 1931 so was never numbered in the duplicate list. 1919-23
