Rugby Station - LMS Period Locomotives: lnwrrm759

LMS 4-6-0 Royal Scot class No 6113 'Cameronian' pauses on the down avoiding lines with an express goods train. To the right is a loading dock protected by the loading gauge whilst in the distance the GC Birdcage bridge can be seen. Number 6113 was built by the North British Locomotive company to order number 23608 in October 1927 and remained in service until withdrawn in December 1962 from Holbeck shed to be scrapped by Crewe works in June 1963.
