Rugby Station - BR Period Locomotives: lnwrrm735

Ex-LMS 4-6-0 Jubilee class No 45578 'United Provinces' is seen on up train just to the north of the station. Number 45578 was built by the North British Locomotive Co to order 24136 in September 1934 and remained in service until May 1964 when it was withdrawn from Newton Heath shed and scrapped in November 1964 by TW Ward Ltd of Killamarsh.
