Ex-MR 2F '1873 class 0-6-0 No 58288 stands in front of No 1 shed poised ready for its next trip. Number 58288 had been built by Sharp Stewart circa 1897 and had been given the LMS running number 3551 until taken in stock by British Railways serving until October 1957 when it was withdrawn from Aston shed for scrapping at Derby works.
