Ex-LNWR 1P 2-4-0 No 5014 'Murdock' stands in store adjacent to coal stacks in company with another stored locomotives on 14th Feb 1932. Built as LNWR No 1488 at Crewe works in November 1888 it was renumbered by the LMS in April 1928 as No 5014 and was withdrawn from service just a few months after this photograph was taken, in April 1932, for scrapping at Crewe works.
