This close up of image 'lnwr_oldmil1451' was included to show the driver-trailer coach in action. The driver appears to be standing at the middle window. There appears to be a second person in the driving cab which would not have been the fireman as he would have remained in the locomotive. All three windows are half open indicating it must be a reasonably warm day. Note the two vacuum pipes on the front and the three visors over the windows.
