LMS Stanier 4-6-2 Pacific No 6202 unofficially named "Turbomotive" is seen on an up express. This side shows the shorter turbine, albeit the later and larger version, as it the original was deemed not powerful enough even for running light engine in reverse. The locomotive was never required to run tender first in service and therefore did not require a turbine the same size as the forward unit which ran the full length of the foot plate. C1948
