LMS Route: Leamington to Weedon

Napton and Stockton station's Weedon bound timber platform complete with timber buildings offering passengers only basic facilities. As can be seen, the building was a long narrow structure with the gent's toilets nearest with waiting room, ladies and booking office. In the absence of windows to the toilets raised skylights were employed to provide both fresh air, under the edges, and lighting.

Note oil lamps on brackets in the middle and at the end of the building and the booking office clerk talking to the driver. In all probability, because the loop line had been removed, the was probably receiving the single line staff allowing the train to proceed to the next station.
