LMS 4P 4-4-0 Compound No 1113 runs through the station on an express service sometime in the 1930s. Number 41113 was built at Derby works in November 1925 and lasted for 33 years in service being withdrawn from Lancaster (Green Ayre) shed in December 1958 to be scrapped by J Cashmore of Great Bridge in February 1960 after being in store between July and September 1959.
