LMS Route: Nuneaton to Leamington

BR Standard Riddles 9F 2-10-0 No 92247 complete with double chimney, is in a relatively clean condition as it heads a coal train en-route to Leamington and beyond. Number 92246 was also built at Crewe in December 1958 and lasted less than 8 years in service being withdrawn from Newton Heath shed in October 1966. It too remained in store until the following year being scrapped by Drapers Ltd of Hull in April 1967.
