Ex-LMS Stanier Black 5 No 44772 is working an empty mineral train as it approaches Kenilworth Junction signal box from Leamington whilst the fireman stands ready to collect token. Number 44772 was built at Crewe in May 1947 and was withdrawn from Edge Hill in October 1967 being scrapped in May the following year.
