This close up of image 'lnwrhr66' was included to illustrate
the unusual incorporation of the canopy within the roof structure. The canopy
appears to be formed in lead because its flat and has only be constructed to
cover the structure centre portion above the doorways. It is quite apparent
that the timber framed structure sited at the Birmingham end of the original
structure has yet to be erected. The lady is carrying a parasol indicating that
its a bright sunny day whilst the presence of two station staff suggests that a
train is about to arrive.
