This often reproduced postcard gives a good view of the station looking in the direction of Rotton Park Road and on to Birmingham. The single storey brick-built station was roofed with Welsh slate and provided booking office, waiting room, ladies waiting and toilet facilities. Access to the station was via the ramp on the left which led down from Hagley Road bridge where the photographer was standing.
