This close up of image "lnwr620" shows the Birmingham end of the up platform. There appears to be a footpath under the bridge which leads across to the down platform. The bridge structure was later demolished although the iron latticework at the base of the bridge together with part of its tower base remained until the station was rebuilt in the 1960s. C1860
