Ex-GWR 2-6-0 No 3832 pilots an unidentified ex-LMS loco passes through the new station having come off the Leamington branch. Its passage puts paid to another myth, that the LNWR deliberately kept the Coventry to Kenilworth part of the branch as single line, in order to prevent GWR locos with their wider gauge from entering Coventry.
