Ex-LMS 5XP 4-6-0 Jubilee class No 45669 'Fisher' is seen standing at the West end of Platform 5 at the head of a southbound express leaving at 10 34am on 19th March 1954. Built as LMS No 5669 by Crewe works in December 1935 No 45669 was to remain in service until May 1963 when it was withdrawn from Nuneaton to be scrapped in June 1963 by Crewe works.
