Ex-MR 2F 0-6-0 No 22904 stands light engine on the tracks in front of the shed. For some reason it has had a new number 4 provided. At the time of this photograph the locomotive was aleady sixty years old having been built by Kitson & Co in April 1875 but still had incredible twenty-one years left in service. Number 22904 was finally withdrawn in March 1956 from Monument Lane wearing its BR running number 58117and scrapped shortly afterwards. 24th Aug 1935
