LMS Route: Rugby to Tamworth
Tamworth Station (Staffordshire): lnwr_tam1257
This late 1950s view of the station being demolished
provides a good perspective of the proximity of the main building to the two
companies' platforms. The LNWR access to the up (left) platform was via a foot
bridge in front of the MR railway bridge.
