LMS Route: Rugby to Tamworth
Polesworth: lnwr_pol1205a
In this close up of image 'lnwr_pol1205' the signal box and
passenger foot bridge can be seen. Like Polesworth the signal box was located
in the middle of the tracks but because visibility wasn't an issue the box was
constructed at normal height. The passenger footbridge is the earlier model
without cover and with diamond patterned fretwork to the sides crossing the
trackwork.
