LMS Route: Nuneaton to Leamington

LMS 3P 2-6-2T No 204 is running bunker first on a four-coach local passenger service between Nuneaton and Rugby but via Coventry and Leamington. Built at Derby in March 1938, No 204 remained in service until November 1959 when it was withdrawn from Nuneaton shed although it was to lie on the dump line of withdrawn locomotives for several months before it was finally cut up sometime in 1960. There are two identical photographs in my colection, with one dated C1938 and the other C1947.
