Ex-LMS 8P 4-6-2 No 46203 'Princess Margaret Rose', a Princess Royal class locomotive, is seen at the head of a down express passing Marston Jabbett near Bulkington in June 1953. Built at Crewe works to Lot 253 in July 1935 it remained in service until October 1962 when it was withdrawn from Kingmoor shed in Carlisle to be saved by Billy Butlin for display at one of his holiday camps and eventually was donated to the Midland Railway Centre at Butterley.
