Taken at the same time as the photograph seen in image 'gwrhd742' the repairs to the Top shed can be seen to be complete. With such wide scale damage caused by the Luftwaffe during the first three years of the Second World priorities had to be made. Structures used for shipping either men or goods were obviously a higher priority than office accommodation which could easily be housed in temporary wooden huts. 11th August 1943
