E&WJR and SMJ - Locomotives and Rolling Stock:

E&WJR 0-6-0 No 2 approaches Clifford Chambers after
leaving Stratford on Avon station in 1893, some eight years after passenger
services had been restored. This engine became LMS 2300 in 1923 upon the
absorption of the Stratford upon Avon Midland Junction Railway by the London
Midland Scottish Railway on 1st January 1923. The three four wheel coaches are
only fractional longer than a standard bogie coach introduced by the LMS in
1923.
