Washwood Heath Sidings No 2 Signal Box which was located at the end of the arrival sidings for the down lines

Washwood Heath Sidings No 2 Signal Box which was located at the end of the arrival sidings for the down lines. The signal gantry is controlling down traffic on the main line heading for either Camp Hill of New Street station. The lines seen on the right are respectively, 2nd down goods and down goods. To their right and out of view are the down main and up main (for New Street station) followed by the up goods. The 2nd down or Lawley Street goods having terminated at Washwood Heath Sidings No 1 Signal Box. In the background are the two viaducts crossing the railway at this point, Aston Church Road being the nearest and the former LNWR bridge carrying the Aston to Stechford line seen beyond.
